Member Enrollment
West James Courts
membership consists of a monthly billing plan. Members' fees will be paid thru
the club's EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) program. Players will have all
standing charges billed to their credit or checking account on the first of
each month. Members will be charged dues of $20 per month for an individual or
$25 for a family. (A family shall consist of persons living in the same
household) An initial fee is also required when enrolling.

Corporate memberships are available. Please inquire

Exercise Club
For only an additional $5 per month, members may
access the Exercise Club. Exercise Club reservations will be accepted in 30
minute increments. Membership will be limited to the number the Exercise Club
can accommodate. Non-members may use the Exercise Club for $5 per
visit.
Racquetball Member Package
For a flat
fee of $55 a month, in addition to monthly dues, members may play racquetball
as many times a month as they wish. This monthly fee would include league play,
and their share of permanent court time and spot reservations.
Contract
Reservations
Permanent court time and league spots may
be reserved by members for a season by making a 5 week deposit. The deposit may
be carried over each season, sold to another member, or played off the last
five weeks of the season. No other disposition is acceptable.
Spot
Reservations
Spot reservations, for available court time,
may be made as early as seven days in advance. Cancellations made 36 hours
prior to playing time will be accepted without charge. Late cancels and no
shows will be billed for court fees.
Saturday Parties
Saturday nights may be reserved from 6 p.m. until midnight for
private parties. The total charge is $600. $200 is due when making the
reservation, and is non-refundable. The balance is due the night of the party.
The cost includes all court time and 125 cups of beer. Groups over 150 may be
charged an additional fee.
Court Etiquette
Proper court etiquette is required at all times. No food or drink is
allowed on the courts or in the Exercise Club. Only water in closed containers
is allowed. West James is a smoke free environment. More information, if
needed, can be obtained at the front desk.
Court Attire
Court Attire Players are required to wear shirts at all times.
Shoes, which mark the court should not be worn.
Children
Children in the club are the responsibility of the parent or
guardian. No unsupervised children will be allowed.
